Large portfolios and higher-volume organizations
What counts
An Experience counts once for your workspace whether it is standalone or connected to a platform. Connecting it does not count it twice, and reusing it across equivalent physical inventory does not add more Experiences.
Example: 40 physically identical Deluxe King rooms can reuse one truthful Deluxe King Experience.
Capture services
If you own a compatible 360 camera and capture the content yourself, no capture service is required. Professional panorama capture can be quoted separately when you need it.
